As we get closer to this year's Garrison 10K and 5K in under just three weeks time, we will begin in the coming days to start thanking the sponsors of this year's event. It is their financial generosity that is ensuring we can cover the costs of running our fun run and in turn, ensure that we do our best to raise as much as we can through your registration fee or donation, for our chosen organisation which this year is Healthy Hearts Healthy Lives. 

The proceeds raised will go towards delivering heart screening within our own community.  The principal tests will include a screening questionnaire, Electrocardiogram (ECG) and a Blood Pressure recording. All tests will be performed by cardiac physiologists and reported by a consultant cardiologist. 

We would encourage everyone to get registered as soon as you can, please noting that all registration is online to facilitate the organisation of chip timed results.
