With less than six weeks to go, registration for this year's Garrison 10K and 5K which will take place at 10.30am on Saturday, 5 September, is now open.

We are delighted to now announce that the benefactor from this year's fun run will be Healthy Hearts Healthy Lives, a not for profit organisation that delivers heart screening. 

All proceeds raised from our event will go towards delivering heart screening within our own community on a date to be confirmed next January.  
The principal tests include a screening questionnaire, Electrocardiogram (ECG) and a Blood Pressure recording. All tests will be performed by cardiac physiologists and reported by a consultant cardiologist.
 

This is a cause close to us within the club and community and we would please ask that you give it as much support as you can via your registration fee and or a donation on the day. 
We will share more about Healthy Hearts Healthy Lives in due course but for now please spread the word and get registering!
