The meeting point is The Gillaroo Centre carpark at 7.30pm.
The primary aim of the Couch to 5K program is to help complete beginners gradually build up their fitness and running ability to the point where they can comfortably run 5k.
It is the perfect opportunity to get yourself active, or keep kids active over the summer period, with the end goal being to take part in our annual Fun Run in September.
