Garrison 10k & 5k
SAVE THE DATE and spread the word. This year’s Garrison 10K and 5K takes place at 10.30am on Saturday, 13 September. 

The Club’s chosen charity to benefit will be the Alzheimer’s Society. 

New Couch to 5k 9 Week Plan

Thanks to the Garrison Run4Fun group who are leading on a new Couch to 5K ahead of this year’s fun run. 
Starting at 7.30pm on Monday 14th July from the Gillaroo Court. This will continue every Monday and Thursday at 7.30pm, plus one individual session at the weekend.   

Monster Bingo
We will be hosting a summer Monster Bingo on Sunday 20th July in the Gillaroo Court. Keep an eye on our app and Facebook, for more details.
 
Lotto
The lotto jackpot wasn’t won last week and rolled over to £4,300. Numbers drawn were 5, 18, 27 and 28.
Lucky dip winners: £20 - Conor Keown and Tanya Burns; £10 - Steven Keown and Cara Fagan.

Club Membership
The membership fees for 2025 are as follows; Full - £50, Social - £25, Youth - £15 and Family - £70. You can renew your membership on the GAA Foireann Registration System, link below.
Please note, that all players must be registered ahead of commencement of training.
